For two decades, our family has been fortunate to travel to and rent at Sea Colony. We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access. Now, we invite you to experience that same fun at our homes we like to call “Serving Sand”.

Finding Your Way Here
Bethany Beach is easier to reach than you might think — and once you arrive, you'll wonder why you ever waited.
Take I-95 South to US-1 South toward Dover, then continue on DE-1 South to Bethany Beach. The drive is approximately 120 miles — about 2 hours depending on traffic. Exit at Bethany Beach and follow signs to Lakeshore Dr.
Head east on US-50 toward Annapolis, then take US-404 East to DE-1 North into Bethany Beach. Approximately 130 miles and about 2.5 hours. Take the Bethany Beach exit off DE-1 and follow Garfield Pkwy to Lakeshore Dr.
Take US-50 East through Annapolis and across the Bay Bridge, then continue on US-404 East to DE-1 South. Approximately 110 miles, about 2 hours. Follow DE-1 into Bethany Beach directly.
